This hall collects and exhibits creatures—animals, plants, insects, etc.—to display their wise and righteous behaviors, from which human beings can learn and reflect from them.

5. Breastplate of Righteousness Hall

Drawing from Ephesians 6, this hall explores the breastplate of righteousness—the divine armor that guards the believer’s heart.

The Roman Lorica Segmentata: The iron plate armor worn by soldiers in the time of the Apostle Paul.
The Ancient Chinese Hùxīnjìng (護心鏡): The bronze and silver “heart mirrors” from various dynasties, showing the decorative and protective focus on the chest.
Medieval Knight’s Plackart: The heavy steel chest piece from the 15th century, illustrating how armor evolved to become “unbreakable.”
Modern Ballistic Vest: A contemporary tactical vest featuring advanced polymer fibers and ceramic trauma plates. This evolution of the breastplate represents the “Modern Sentinel”.
